• Completes check-in/out functions as directed.
• Verifies and updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Completes patient registrations as needed and collects co-payments/fees.
• Posts payments and handles end-of-day cash reconciliations.
• Keeps waiting area clean and comfortable and informs about delays.
