Job summary

BD in the United States is seeking a Territory Manager for Urology and Critical Care to drive sales revenue and exceed division priorities. You will develop relationships through frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observation with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital teams.

You will build knowledge of BD products, pricing, and the competitive landscape while maintaining territory integrity and adhering to BD's ethics.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of proven field sales experience.
• Comfortable in hospital, office and clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Advise customers on products, backorders, pricing, policy changes, and forecasts.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of prices, discounts, availability, and competition.
• Present and provide in-services on product usage to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution.
