Intuitive Surgical in Knoxville, TN seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager to lead a high-performing specialty sales team, driving adoption of the da Vinci Surgical Systems in URO and GYN. You will expand surgeon training and collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers to align market strategies.

This remote role requires proven medical device sales leadership, OR environment familiarity, and the ability to manage field teams across markets. Travel and onsite engagement as needed will be expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years of clinical sales team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the operating room environment and capital equipment sales process.
• Previous leadership of a medical device sales team with demonstrated results.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute specialty sales strategies for URO and GYN to exceed goals.
• Lead and coach a high-performing URO/GYN sales team and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with CSMs on account planning and market strategies.
• Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth.
• Build relationships with hospital leadership and OR staff; analyze market trends.
