Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of OR environment and capital equipment sales processes.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISI field sales management training and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute specialty sales strategy for URO and GYN to exceed goals and drive adoption of the da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Expand user base by training new URO and GYN surgeons and coordinating with CSMs.
• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team, with accountability and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support education, adoption, and growth in these specialties.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and ensure compliant operations.
