Job summary

Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Youth Services Program Supervisor in Fresno, CA, to lead a dynamic team and advance foster care, adoption, and refugee support programs. You’ll hire, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance across grants and reporting with strong faith-based values.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and proven experience in child welfare plus supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in child welfare and one year supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, train, and retain program staff to meet goals.
• Build a cohesive team and maintain positive morale.
• Oversee scheduling, intake, referrals, and enrollment processes.
• Ensure policy adherence, reporting, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on program activities.
