Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Site Supervisor to help manage operations for an urgent care clinic, including staffing, training, workflow, and customer service, while maintaining a safe, positive work environment. The role requires two years in healthcare and one year in a supervisory role, with BLS within 90 days.

Occasional travel to other facilities and flexible hours may be needed. Strong communication and billing knowledge are essential to optimize patient flow and billing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of healthcare experience required.
• 1 year in supervisory/leadership role required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire preferred.
• EPIC/Docutap/Experity training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic activity and patient flow for efficient care.
• Promote positive culture and teamwork.
• Ensure safety and clean, orderly environment.
• Create staff schedules and manage staffing across areas.
• Assist in interviewing front desk and support staff.
• Oversee billing processes and knowledge of ICD-10/CPT coding.
