Job summary

Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Site Supervisor to help manage an urgent care clinic. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, supplies and front desk coordination, ensuring excellent patient care and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include promoting teamwork, maintaining safety standards, handling billing processes, and supporting leadership with operational strategies across the clinic. Travel may be required to other facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• MA/ED Tech certification preferred where applicable.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and schedules across clinic operations.
• Promote positive culture and teamwork within the site.
• Ensure safe, clean exam rooms and proper equipment maintenance.
• Oversee front desk duties including registration and scheduling.
• Assist in interviews for support staff positions.
• Monitor patient flow and optimize clinic operations.
