Job summary

Mercy Health – Youngstown is seeking a Site Supervisor to help manage operations for an urgent care clinic. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, supplies, patient flow and customer service to ensure efficient, high‑quality care and a safe work environment.

You will collaborate with providers and leadership to implement improvements, monitor patient satisfaction, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Travel to other facilities may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
• Willingness to travel to other urgent care facilities as needed (or adjust hours)

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor patient flow and ensure efficient, high-quality care.
• Promote positive culture and teamwork within the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, including ordering.
• Engage in staff evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
