Mercy Health is seeking a Site Supervisor to help manage daily operations of our urgent care clinic in Springfield. You will oversee staffing, training, workflow, billing processes and patient service to ensure efficient, high‑quality care.

The role requires 2 years in healthcare, 1 year in supervision, a high school diploma, and BLS within 90 days. EPIC experience preferred. Travel to other facilities may be required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years healthcare setting experience.
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire (required).
• EPIC/EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors clinic activity and patient flow for efficient care.
• Promotes positive culture and teamwork.
• Ensures safe, clean exam rooms and equipment.
• Trains staff and manages scheduling across departments.
• Handles front desk duties and billing processes as needed.
• Responds to patient feedback and improves service.
• Supports compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinates with clinic leadership for operational strategies.
