Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee urgent care clinic operations, staffing, training, workflow, billing processes and customer service. The role ensures a safe, positive work environment and effective patient care in a busy setting.

The Site Supervisor will travel as needed, cover front desk duties, schedule staff, and support human resources with performance evaluations and policy adherence, assisting clinic and market leadership to implement operational strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in healthcare setting required.
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience required.
• BLS Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic activity and patient flow for efficient care.
• Promote positive culture and teamwork.
• Demonstrate excellence in care in all interactions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and escalate as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and equipment.
• Participate in staff interviews for new roles.
