Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree a plus.
• Medical Assisting program graduate and/or phlebotomy certification a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician with basic patient care and medical procedures.
• Direct patient flow, inventory management, and follow up on labs.
• Ensure DOH compliance; maintain logs and supply handling.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, X-ray, or other facilities.
• Maintain a fast pace in an urgent care setting.
• Communicate with patients, pharmacies, and physicians under guidance.
• Keep a clean, courteous, and professional environment and ensure supplies.
• Provide compassionate care to patients.
