The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager for Urgent Care to oversee daily operations across multiple sites, including Ankeny. You will partner with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services and lead a team of supervisors and staff.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare and 5 years of supervisory medical experience, with strong leadership and communication abilities to drive continuous improvement and positive patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or health care related field.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs operational activities across assigned departments and multiple sites.
• Collaborates with physicians and administrative leaders to maintain high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Hires, orients, supervises, evaluates, disciplines and terminates staff as needed.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations affecting the clinic.
• Participates in strategic and long-range planning and improves processes.
• Promotes a positive professional image of The Iowa Clinic internally and externally.
