Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or urgent care.

• Proficiency with customer service software and basic office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle calls and respond to inquiries about services and appointments.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing facility resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and verify insurance and payments.
• Address and resolve complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.
