The Urgent Care in New Orleans is seeking a motivated Patient Care Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing insurance verification, and ensuring a 5-star experience for our patients.

Qualifications

• Must be BLS certified within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a medical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions.
• Schedule patient check-in times for all locations.
• Verify patient insurance data and collect payments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
