Patient Plus Urgent Care Gentilly seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to patients and visitors. You will greet, assist, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments to support smooth patient flow in a busy urgent care setting.

Responsibilities include handling phone/in-person inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring a welcoming, organized reception while upholding confidentiality and security of information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service role, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience handling high volumes of inquiries and multitasking efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Handle calls and inquiries regarding services, appointments, and information.
• Schedule, confirm, and optimize patient appointments and appointments management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary.
• Verify insurance information and collect payments at check-in/out.
• Address complaints or escalate to appropriate department when needed.
