Novant Health Urgent Care (formerly Doctors Care) is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, manage paperwork, verify demographics, and collect co-pays at a front desk in Aiken Mall. The role requires strong customer service, medical terminology knowledge, and computer skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk sign-in and paperwork.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Capture co-pays and enter charges into the system.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with billing for assistance when needed.
• Balance daily transactions and bank deposits.
• Assist in training new staff.
