• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct patients and visitors according to office protocols.
• Register demographics and billing information; determine eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts; handle co-pays and self-pay balances.
• Maintain and file medical records and test results; prepare charts and encounter forms.
