Overlake Medical Center in Issaquah is hiring a Patient Services Representative for the Issaquah Urgent Care. You will deliver front office services, manage patient check-in communications among staff and providers, and handle records distribution via Epic, while performing clerical and scheduling tasks to support patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1 year of medical administrative experience preferred, along with strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Previous physician office, hospital or other frontline customer contact experience in a business setting also preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated proficient computer keyboard skills.

Responsibilities
