As AFC’s face to patients, you’ll greet and assist with check-ins, schedule appointments, and handle payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification and medical billing.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to patients.
