Qualifications

• Experience with insurance verification and medical billing.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to patients with empathy.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in numbers and records.
• Experience as Medical Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in medical office customer service.
• Tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems.
• Strong problem solving and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Master Insurance Verification before services to prevent denials and maximize revenue.
• Explain costs and billing processes clearly to patients.
• Identify and resolve insurance discrepancies and billing issues.
• Deliver excellent service while handling payment matters.
• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
