Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and conduct patient registration accurately.
• Update new and existing patient records and handle payments.
• Assist with insurance inquiries and billing questions.
• Answer and direct phone calls and keep the reception area organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow.
