Formación

• Proven experience in a medical office setting.
• High School diploma required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Verify and update patient personal and insurance information.
• Handle co-pay collections and issue receipts.
• Answer incoming calls with clear information.
• Assist in verifying insurance coverage and authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Keep waiting area clean and report damages.
• Support billing and registration issues with the team.
