Job summary

CityDoc Urgent Care in Dallas is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to lead overall clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care and a safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, driving clinic goals, and maintaining compliance, while coordinating with accounts and marketing for events. A medical office background with supervision experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
• RN/LPN/MA/NCT/RT license preferred.
• Current BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 3 months of employment or promotion, must obtain NCT license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, orients, and trains clinic staff to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Develops and leads clinic goals and objectives in support of performance and staff engagement.
• Manages performance including addressing patient issues and providing follow-up training.
• Monitors patient flow and reduces wait times, coordinating with Web Check-in.
• Maintains clinic appearance and cash handling procedures.
• Regularly communicates with primary accounts and partners with marketing for events.
• Ensures compliance measures, incident reporting, audits and safety procedures.
