You will oversee clinical and administrative staff, optimize patient flow, and monitor budgets in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Management or Healthcare Administration (or 3+ years in healthcare management) and certifications such as BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of clinic/healthcare management experience required.
• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Lead and manage a team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
