You will supervise a 15+ strong team, drive patient satisfaction, manage scheduling, and partner with the Center Medical Director to meet performance metrics. A strong focus on mentorship, process improvement, and culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 15+ staff.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and safely daily.
• Staff training, coaching, and development.
• Maintain exceptional patient experience and service recovery.
• Collaborate with Center Medical Director on triad leadership.
• Monitor patient experience and clinical outcome metrics.
• Oversee scheduling and coverage for PTO and call-offs.
