One Medical is seeking a Practice Coordinator in Dallas, TX to lead the on-site practice team, ensure smooth daily operations, and champion high-quality patient experiences. You will work under the Operations Manager to optimize scheduling, inventory, and facilities, while guiding staff through change and growth.

The role emphasizes patient-centered communication, teamwork, and adherence to billing/insurance processes, with opportunities for clinical training and career development.

Competenze

• 1 year of supervisory or lead role in high-touch customer service or patient-facing healthcare.
• Ability to foster strong, collaborative team dynamics.
• Experience with diverse, feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful completion of One Medical clinical training and state-required education/certifications within six months.

Mansioni

• Ensure operational readiness of the practice with staffing checks, task queues, and scheduling.
• Lead and coach team members to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Drive performance through daily management and metrics monitoring.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and inventory expiration tracking.
• Support the practice budget, copay handling, and revenue cycle tasks.
• Handle front-of-house duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Uphold patient experience using C-I-CARE in all interactions.
