Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Healthcare Administration preferred or 3+ years in clinic/healthcare management.
• BLS/CPR certificate.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care processes.
• Lead and manage a team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Optimize patient flow and improve clinic efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and maintain cost control.
• Drive patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs.
• Attend clinic, leadership, and provider meetings as required.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare advancements and integrate new technologies into clinic operations.
