Job summary

American Family Care in New Jersey seeks an Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations, supervise non-physician staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will manage building and supply maintenance, and ensure accurate patient charges across a franchised location.

The role involves coordinating with the Medical Director, enforcing policies and regulations, leading staff meetings, and driving continual improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role in a medical office (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines (HIPAA/compliance).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard staff for front office and clinical roles.
• Supervise non-provider staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to ensure high-quality, rule-compliant patient care.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain facility and supplies.
• Lead staff meetings and monitor patient satisfaction.
