With 2+ years of restaurant management experience, you will help manage food quality and costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll embrace internal hospitality and contribute to our community and growth.

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Thrive in high-volume, scratch kitchen environments.
• Passionate about Internal Hospitality and core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive team environment.
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality.
• Assess and implement service standards for consistency.
• Help achieve financial objectives through budgeting and cost control.
• Develop strategic objectives across recruitment, finance and operations.
• Forecast costs to manage labor and F&B expenses.
• Partner with General Manager to lead by example.
