As a hands-on leader, you will partner with the GM and Home Office to optimize labor, budgets, forecasts, and food quality, ensuring a positive guest experience and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation.
• Hands-on leader who works in the trenches with the team.
• Collaborate with the GM and Home Office to optimize kitchen operations and budgeting.
