Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service focus and professionalism.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Full-time availability, including mornings and [AM] shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of specials.
• Keeps guests informed on wait times and manages seating efficiently.
• Maintains floor plan board and monitors table status.
• Answers phones and handles menu questions with accuracy.
• Interacts with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Performs other duties as directed.
