Job summary

The One Group, home to STK Boston, is seeking an enthusiastic Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will guide guests through our Vibe Dining concept, share expert menu knowledge, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression.

Ideal candidates bring prior upscale-serving experience, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role features night/weekend availability and a path for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred.
• Passion for hospitality with knowledge of food, wine and cocktails.
• Ability to multi-task and stay poised in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests while inviting return.
