Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is hiring a Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests promptly, ensure friendly service, and coordinate dining room flow. You will work with the team to maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role includes assisting in training, handling to-go orders, cash/Card transactions, and following reservation procedures, all while upholding Boston’s standards and uniform policies.

• Maintain professional image and proper uniform standards.
• Assist in training and development of new team members.
• Cooperation, communication, and teamwork are essential traits.
• May handle To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate dining room organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders and online ordering; ensure timely execution.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately during shifts.
• Follow reservations, waiting lists, and take-out procedures.
• Monitor alcohol service per licensing and Boston’s guidelines.
• Report concerns to the Manager when needed.
• Maintain professional image and uniform standards.
• Other duties as required by the franchise.
