Qualifications

• May handle To-Go orders via Phone or Online Ordering.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate dining room organization, traffic flow, and cleanliness.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Facilitate To-Go orders and online ordering; ensure timely execution.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately during shifts.
• Follow reservations, waiting lists, and take-out procedures.
• Monitor alcohol service per licensing and Boston’s guidelines.
• Report concerns to the Manager when needed.
• Maintain professional image and uniform standards.
• Other duties as required by the franchise.
