Ascent Hospitality is seeking a friendly Rooftop Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our rooftop dining and lounge areas. You will greet guests, know the menu, and process orders through the POS system while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Must obtain required alcohol service certification (if applicable) within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with professionalism and a warm welcome.
• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service in the rooftop area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Serve according to company and brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to needs.
• Assist with setup, cleanliness, and organization of the rooftop service area.
• Maintain sanitation of service stations and restock supplies.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
