Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC, seeks a Restaurant Manager with 3+ years leading high-volume, upscale dining to drive excellence in guest experiences, seafood-focused menus, and seamless front- and back-of-house operations.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure memorable experiences for guests and a thriving team culture at our growing portfolio of concepts.

Qualifications

• Leads a high-volume upscale restaurant with a focus on fresh seafood and local ingredients.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and scheduling to meet financial goals.
• Delivers top-notch guest experiences and dining quality across FOH/BOH operations.
• Develops staff, promotes a positive work culture, and mentors team members.
• Strong communication skills and proactive problem resolution across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience and lead a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality, with emphasis on fresh seafood and raw bar offerings.
• Ensure consistent service standards and effective operational procedures.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules, labor, and inventory in line with seasonality.
• Partner with FOH and BOH to maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging workplace.
