Qualifications

• 5+ years in a restaurant management role, preferably upscale.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, inventory, cost control, and menu development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and partners.
• Commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
