Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team.
• Oversee, maintain and manage food and service quality.
• Assess and manage service standards for consistent procedures.
• Forecast and assist in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Lead recruitment and operations across FOH/BOH with the GM.
