The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Nashville seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale operation (200–300 covers). You will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee operations and finances, and mentor a team with a focus on culture and service excellence.

You’ll source quality local products, engage with the community, and champion staff development while representing Indigo Road with integrity and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food-focused restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
• Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant including operations, finances, people, culture, and events.
