The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Arkansas location. The GM will lead a 200-300 cover upscale restaurant, driving exceptional dining experiences and championing a culture of service and community partnerships.

With 5+ years of leadership in high-volume dining, you will mentor teams, manage operations and P&L, and collaborate with local vendors to source quality ingredients while creating memorable experiences for guests and staff alike.

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale food focused restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
