You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant—from operations and finances to people and culture—and you will champion a results-driven, guest-focused experience that reflects Indigo Road values.

With 5+ years of senior restaurant leadership, you will mentor staff, nurture team growth, and build strong relationships with local vendors and the community to source

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume and upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.

• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.
• Have exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversations.
