Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Athens to lead a high-volume, upscale dining operation. You will manage operations, finances, people and culture, while promoting staff development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll engage with local vendors and the community, oversee events, and ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to community engagement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant including operations, finances, people and culture.
