Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience running upscale, high-volume restaurants. You will oversee operations, finances, people, culture and events, and act as an ambassador for Indigo Road, driving memorable experiences for guests and team members.

You will engage with local vendors and communities to source quality products, lead staff development, and promote internal growth while upholding Indigo Road’s hospitality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successfully running a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience delivering top-notch dining experiences.
• Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values.
• Strong problem resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the restaurant, including operations, finances, people, culture and events.
