The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences in our upscale venues.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive finances, staff development, and community engagement, while upholding exceptional food quality and brand standards across our concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management, upscale environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, including inventory, cost controls, and menu development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
