Redd Hospitality in Milwaukee, WI seeks a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to lead our upscale dining team. The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong culinary knowledge, and a proven track record in full-service, upscale or fine-dining environments.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, staff development, health and safety, banquet and bar services, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership roles within full-service, upscale, or fine-dining environments.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills for restaurant operations.
• Experience in staff training, development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high service and quality standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, development and performance evaluations.
• Implement shift management practices to optimize staffing and operations.
• Develop and maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and apply cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate banquet services and manage bar operations to enhance guest experiences.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
• Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction.
