Redd Hospitality in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in full service, upscale and scratch cooking environments, and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within F&B service, particularly upscale.
• Strong culinary knowledge with menu development and food presentation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high service and quality.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
• Implement shift management to optimize staffing and efficiency.
