Job summary

White Lodging is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time role requires someone who builds strong teams, drives guest satisfaction, and delivers operational excellence.

You will supervise all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations, manage P&L, payroll, and scheduling, and mentor your team to provide exceptional upscale service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations; preferred roles include restaurant/hotel F&B manager or similar.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability in a high-volume upscale setting.
• Genuine passion for hospitality with a solutions-oriented attitude; ability to mentor and promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality across every shift.
• Ensure compliance with processes to maintain a high-performing, guest-first dining environment.
• Lead daily management tasks including P&L oversight, reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional upscale service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
