Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in upscale dining hospitality.
• Proven financial acumen, strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree; wine certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Aloha POS.

Responsibilities

• Execute a food and beverage strategy focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts and analyze sales, labor efficiency and costs.
• Hire, mentor and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure a safe, compliant and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows FOH/BOH.
• Act as a brand ambassador and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events.
