Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of its premium hotel restaurants. The role requires driving guest satisfaction, operating with excellence, and building a strong, cohesive team across front and back of house.

You’ll be responsible for P&L oversight, staff scheduling, and ensuring top‑tier service on every shift while mentoring leaders and promoting internal growth within a multi‑property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant P&L, labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to developing future restaurant leaders and promoting from within.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and high-quality service across shifts.
• Manage compliance with operating processes to maintain a premium dining environment.
• Lead daily restaurant management tasks including P&L oversight, payroll, and staff scheduling to drive profitability.
• Mentor and develop your team to consistently deliver upscale food and beverage service.
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel restaurant setting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless, memorable dining experiences.
