THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Indianapolis to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations and lead a high-energy team. You will ensure service excellence, manage staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in hospitality, strong guest service, and knowledge of food and beverage operations. Your role includes driving profitability, staff development, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
• Strong customer service focus with guest experience emphasis.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and menu education ability.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain service excellence and a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation/safety compliance.
• Organize staff shifts and ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
