Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants in New Jersey.

This full-time management role requires someone who can build strong teams, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver operational excellence across shifts. You will oversee P&L, labor, and cost controls, mentor staff, and collaborate with culinary teams to create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food and beverage operations.
• Ability to manage restaurant P&L, control labor and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Commitment to developing future restaurant leaders and promoting from within.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
• Ensure compliance with operational processes to maintain a premium dining environment
• Lead daily management duties including P&L oversight, payroll, and staff scheduling to drive profitability
• Mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional upscale service
• Identify and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced hotel dining setting
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create seamless guest experiences
